Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order.
However, please note:

• If the order has already been shipped within that time, cancellation may not be possible.

• In such cases, you may proceed with a return after receiving the product (see Returns section below).

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery pin code and government regulations or restrictions.

Order Tracking

To track your order:

1. Log in to your Moto Utility account.

2. Go to the “Orders” section.

3. Click on your Order ID to view the tracking status and shipping updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Moto Utility is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during or after shipping. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Share your Order ID, along with clear images of the product and original packaging.

• Keep all packaging materials intact.

• Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund after receiving the returned damaged product.

 

International Shipping

Yes, we offer international shipping! Delivery options and costs will be displayed during checkout.

 

Returns

You may return items within 7 days of the purchase date if the item is:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• Includes all tags and labels

 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Fill out the Return Form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2. Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.

3. Include a hard copy of your order details and ship to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll be notified via email and SMS when it’s complete.

• Payment Gateway Orders: A 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Bank Transfer Orders: Full refund with no deduction.

 

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used Products

• Consumables

• Customized Products

 

Important Notes

• Returns will not be accepted for items poorly packed.

• You must contact customer support before initiating a return and provide a valid reason.

• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
