How much will it shipping cost?

Shipping Charges is dependent on the product weight . The shipping charges may be waived off if you shop for a minimum predefined value or If the same is in promotion or on product to product case. Shipping charges, if any, for a product is indicated along with the product and you are informed about it before making the purchase.

When will i receive my purchase?

Moto Utility guarantee to dispatch your goods the same day  if your documents  and  your order is received before 1pm Mondays 3pm Tuesday – Friday  Next Day deliveries will be dispatched that day for next day delivery if ordered before 1pm, Delivery on a Saturday is Guaranteed and bank holidays are excluded. If your order is placed after 1pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on the Monday

Where is my stuff?

We completely understand that once you buy merchandise online, the biggest question usually is "Where is my stuff?" - Well with us, we address that worry. This means that once you have bought a product at our site, we take care of everything so you don't have to be anxious about anything.

Can I track my parcels?

To track your parcel, please use the tracking ID found in your dispatch confirmation email.

Can I collect from your store?

Yes, collection available from our store within 3 business days. Orders will be available for collection from store for 14 days. To track your parcel, please use the tracking ID found in your dispatch confirmation email

Click & Collect will cost free.

To collect your parcel your signature is required and you'll need bring proof of ID (the card used to make the purchase or a Utility Bill or your Driving License) along with your delivery confirmation email or order number.

Reasons for Undeliverable Packages

A package is sometimes deemed undeliverable due to one of the following reasons:

·         Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the courier service or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the Manage your address book link under Account Settings in Your Account. Click either Edit or Delete Address beneath the address you want to change or remove.

·         Other Address Problems: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the courier service made a mistake and left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.

·         Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of the courier services that deliver our items make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Note: A package that has been tagged as 'Undeliverable' or 'Returning to Seller' will be returned to us. Our courier partners will not be able to retrieve and deliver the package to you even if it is at a local courier station. Please place a new order on our website if you would still like to purchase the item.


Return Procedure

Note:- If you observe the damaged package or damaged product please do not accept your order from Courier they will returned to us itself

Return Policy delightedly accepts returns on all new products purchased from the website. Within 6 days of delivery date, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund. The shipping cost for the returns have to be paid by customers.

Any product returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged / torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will not be replaced and will be returned back to buyer without rendering a reason.

Refund eligibility for returns is as follows:

Returned product reached us within 10 days of invoice date in its original packing and condition: Full refund, less 10% of sales price as restocking fees, less courier charges paid by us.

Returned product reached us within 10 days of invoice date, but shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged / torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories : No refunds and No returns allowed.

Returned product reached us after 10 days of invoice date: No refunds and No returns allowed.

Refunds will be given on items only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All items must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned items must be sent freight prepaid through a recognized courier company. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.

Cancellation Policy

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being canceled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by credit and fraud avoidance. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will intimate you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your account.

Cancellation by the User:

In case of requests for order cancellations, reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within a reasonable period of time. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Decision taken by regarding cancellation or refusal to cancellation of an order shall be final and binding upon the user.

Moto Utility makes your number plates with the information you have entered products option field when you place your order. You are responsible for any information entered in the Order option field box Moto Utility cannot be held responsible for any errors made by you. Moto Utility is not obliged to replace items if the mistake is yours. You should always enter your Registration number plate and vehicle details correctly and also your address information correctly. If you think you have entered any details incorrectly please contact Moto Utility immediately but there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the details in time as the order may already be made and/or dispatched so please ensure you check the details before ordering online

note: For most goods you purchase online you have a 30 minutes cancellation period

Manufacturing: Unfortunately during the manufacturing process we don’t pre-drill any holes into the number plates, this is because all vehicles have different specifications for the location the holes should be in.

Documents required by law : We need to see one document to confirm your identification (This is the identification for the person placing the order) Legally required documents we can accept to confirm your identity Driving license, issued in the state  of India(with a photo) also we accept any document like Aadar card

We pack the product in good quality box however your plates arrived damaged we will always re-send out a new set to full fill the order providing all sides photographic evidence of the damage is shown.
