How can I check my order status?
You can just login to your account, go to Orders, Select the order ID for which you are looking for the update and you will get the status for the product processing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept only Prepaid Payment mode. All prepaid payments are securely processed through Payment Gateway. MotoUtility.com does not have access to any credit card information. The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard
Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact Customer Service. Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
How do I start a new order?
Pick some product and Add to Cart button then checkout it on any product page within this site to begin a new order.
Why am I not able to purchase some products that I see listed on the site?
MotoUtility.com has listed all the products but there can be some products which may not be available all the time and are Out Of Stock. All these products will display the Out Of Stock message or it will be come back 2-3 days and will not be added in the cart.
How do I cancel my order?
We offer cancellations only on products that have not yet shipped. Please contact Customer Service and have your order number available.
Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?
You cannot change your shipping address after your order shipped status has been submitted. You need to call to us and if the order is not yet shipped we can try to help with the new address as per courier services availability for the new location.
What if I receive a damaged shipment?
If something went wrong and you receive damage products, Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please have your order number available. Kindly keep the packaging material of the product and also try to take images and share the same to us so that we can investigate the issue. We will process the replacement/refund for the same as soon as we receive back the damaged product.

If I place my order today, when will I receive it?
You should receive an order confirmation shortly. Please expect your order to be processed within 4-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number. The shipping time will vary from location and mode of transport depending on the product weight.

A: It is Indian road legal Standard Plates and are made with Aluminum materials only.
Q: how to install the plate on my car or bike?
A: Click for Video tutorials also we provide snap locks but Unfortunately during the manufacturing process we don’t pre-drill any holes into the number plates This is because all vehicles have different specifications for the location the holes should be in. better you take help of nearest workshops
Q:Which fonts and plates are road legal?
A: the following font and font sizes are road legal
1) for 4 or above 4 wheelers rear and front must be in 19.5*4.75 inches font size must be embossed in 64mm
1) for two wheelers rear 8*4 inches font size 40mm and front plate 11.2*1.8inches font size 36 mm both plate should be in embossed
Q: what is the space between state code and state's city code on my registration plate?
A: Please see examples below
1) for example : MH-01-FD-1234 this is correct spacing
MHO1FD12345 this is correct spacing
MGE-12345 this also correct spacing
MH01-FD12345 incorrect spacing
note:- the spacing depending on your registration number and plate size only it may print first and second correct spacing only, if your registration plate number short we print middle point of the plate

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Moto Utility makes your number plates with the information you have entered l when you place your order. You are responsible for any information entered. Moto Utility cannot be held responsible for any errors made by you. Moto Utility are not obliged to replace items if the mistake is yours. You should always enter your plate details correctly and also your address information correctly. If you think you have entered any details incorrectly please contact Moto Utility immediately but there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the details in time as the order may already be made and/or dispatched so please ensure you check the details before ordering online

Q: Do I Need To Send In Documents?
A: Yes! we know it can be a pain however this is a legal requirement
Documents required by law : We need to see one document to confirm your identification (This is the identification for the person placing the order) Legally required documents we can accept to confirm your identity Driving license, issued in the state of India(with a photo) also we accept any document like Aadar card
We need to see one document to confirm entitlement for the registration number (this document doesn’t need to match the I.D of the person placing the order, for instance if you are placing the order for someone else)

A: Moto Utility guarantee to dispatch your goods the same day if your documents and your order is received before 1pm Mondays 3pm Tuesday – Friday Next Day deliveries will be dispatched that day for next day delivery if ordered before 1pm, Delivery on a Saturday is Guaranteed and bank holidays are excluded. If your order is placed after 1pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on the Monday
